Once she discovered the promising opportunities and better income, Ms. Martinez successfully transitioned into the role of a medical representative, starting her career with several leading pharmaceutical companies. Throughout her tenure, she developed extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, acquiring deep knowledge of product portfolios, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

Her roles involved building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, effectively communicating the benefits of various medications, and providing valuable support to both doctors and patients. As her reputation and expertise grew, she was sought after by multiple pharmaceutical companies, allowing her to gain diverse insights and hone her sales and collaborative skills. In 1998, her career took an exciting turn when she was assigned to Baguio City and began covering mining companies as part of her area. Here, she met a business owner who recognized her exceptional talents and offered her a position as an industrial supplier representative, also known as a sales executive. Leveraging her skills, Ms. Martinez excelled in this role, consistently surpassing sales targets and earning accolades for her accomplishments within the mining sector.

Her remarkable success and achievements as a top sales executive inspired her to establish her own company, marking the birth of ANERU Trading in 2003. Through her trading and supply ventures, she cultivated steady revenue growth by specializing in industrial products such as steels, spargers, and fabrications for renowned mining companies like Philex Mining Corp. and Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co., as well as other private entities. Her unwavering commitment to building strong business relationships and fostering opportunities for others has been instrumental in her success.

Beyond ANERU Trading, Ms. Martinez expanded her entrepreneurial pursuits by establishing multiple businesses:

• AMROMED Medical Distributor (2001–present): A trusted supplier in the medical field.

• SKINTIMATE Skincare Salon and Spa (2007–present): A haven for wellness and beauty.

• LOL Comedy Bar (2009–present): A venue for laughter and entertainment.

• ARMJE Construction (2013–present): Co-founder of a construction company contributing to infrastructure development.

Her expertise extends to hauling projects in Zambales, where she has collaborated with nickel mining companies such as ERAMEN, Benguet Corporation, and DMCI. Notable achievements include the supply, delivery, and hauling of armor rocks and boulders for DPWH projects in Zambales and Pangasinan areas.
